Scope

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to prompts, text, images, videos, audio, reference materials, generated outputs, and other content submitted to or produced through VisFlip (collectively, "Content").

VisFlip is an AI-assisted creative tool. You are responsible for the Content you submit, the instructions you give the Service, and the way you review, publish, or distribute any output.

Rights and permissions

Before submitting Content, you must have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases needed for VisFlip and its external processing, infrastructure, storage, and other service providers to handle that Content in order to provide the requested Service.

Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not submit a person's image, voice, likeness, biometric information, or other personal data without the permissions required by applicable law.

Prohibited content and activities

You must not use the Service to create, upload, process, request, or distribute:

  • Content that violates applicable law, a court order, or another person's rights.
  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, or content that sexualizes or endangers children.
  • Pornographic or explicitly sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation.
  • Threats, harassment, bullying, hateful or discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence against a protected group or person.
  • Violent, gory, or graphic imagery, including content that depicts or glorifies extreme violence, gore, or serious physical harm.
  • Terrorist or violent-extremist propaganda, weapons trafficking, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive content intended to compromise systems or mislead people.
  • Deepfakes, impersonation, face swaps, or other deceptive synthetic media involving a real person without the permissions required by law.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, moral, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Content that exposes another person's private or sensitive information without authorization.
  • Attempts to bypass safety controls, rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions.

You must not use the Service to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to VisFlip or its underlying systems, or to build or train a competing model, dataset, or service except with our written permission.

AI outputs and commercial use

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review each output before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the Terms of Service, VisFlip does not claim ownership of an output generated for you. This does not give you rights in a third party's name, likeness, trademark, copyrighted work, or other protected material that appears in an output. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permission needed for commercial use and for making disclosures required by law or by a platform where you publish AI-generated content.

Safety review and enforcement

We may use automated checks, human review, or user reports to identify Content that may violate this policy or create legal, safety, or security risks. We may refuse a request, limit or remove Content, restrict features, suspend credits or access, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that this policy or the Terms of Service has been violated.

We may preserve and disclose relevant account, task, or Content information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or the Service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal process. We do not promise that every prohibited request will be detected or blocked before processing.

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, contact support@visflip.com with the relevant account, task, and explanation. We may review the decision when appropriate.

Copyright and abuse reporting

To report alleged copyright infringement, prohibited Content, impersonation, privacy abuse, or another serious violation, contact support@visflip.com with the relevant details and evidence. Please do not include more personal information than is necessary to review the report.

Copyright notices

Where applicable law provides a notice-and-takedown process, a copyright notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information that reasonably helps us locate it.
  4. Your name and contact information.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Counter-notices

If Content was removed or restricted because of a copyright report and you believe the action was mistaken, you may contact the same address with an explanation and the information needed to review your counter-notice. We may restore Content only where appropriate and permitted by applicable law.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our Service, safety practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and date on this page.

Questions about this policy or a report can be sent to support@visflip.com.
